Agency red flags. I started an article on why paying big agencies extra money for office space, travel, conferences, and expensive local talent, wasn’t necessary and you wouldn’t get better results in return. You just paid more. We recently had a lead comeback after a year with a big US player. We charge $3k/month less and have identified endless missed opportunities we can work on immediately. This article supports my arguments on why big isn’t better further.
