Amazon Advertising Lessons - February 8th

1. Sponsored Ads and Stores launched in Belgium. Eligible Vendors and Sellers can now leverage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Stores on Amazon.com.be to grow and scale revenue. [Read more].

2. Sponsored Display Campaigns can now be copied. It's similar to SP where you get a copy of the existing campaign with the same products and targeting. The custom creative also gets copied but needs to go through the moderation approval phase, and can also be edited. [Read more].

3. New Customer Review Insights Dashboard. Amazon has rolled out a new Customer Review Insights dashboard that provides details on reviews based on 6 months' data. It's split into two Snippets: Positive reviews and Negative reviews. [Read More].

4. Add to Cart button on the Search Results page. We recently observed Add to cart buttons showing directly on the search results page. Add to cart could also be a part of the engagement metrics on the ad console. [Read more].

5. Custom products are no longer eligible for returns. Custom and personalized products purchased on Amazon will no longer be eligible for refunds as of February 15, 2023. [Read more].
